Condominiums (Condo's) in Carmel, Indiana - Hamilton County

There are several great condo communities in Carmel, Indiana (Hamilton County).  These condo's range from the low $80,000 range up to the $400,000 range near the Village of West Clay.  The two condo communities I am focusing on this week are Timber Creek Condo's located near Guilford and City Center Road and Lenox Trace.

Both low maintenance communities offer condo's starting at 1070 square feet and prices from the $80k to $135k price ranges.  The condo's feature numerous amenities such as pool, clubhouse, work out facilities, green space, and more.

The communities feature low maintenance fee's and are well landscaped.  They also offer a private setting in fantastic locations in Carmel.  I highly recommend these condo's to anyone looking to simplify their lifestyle or in having a second home here in Carmel, IN.

If you are interested in selling your home and you live in these communities, contact an agent who specializes in the sale of condo's.  Selling a condo requires an agent with expertise in marketing and generating maximum exposure to the home as the homeowner associations often do not permit standard signage.

As an agent who has represented both buyers and sellers in these communities, I highly recommend them to future home buyers.
