New Construction in Saxony (Fishers)!
Two separate clients and I toured one of the best looking communities and values in Fishers or Hamilton County tonight! Wow! I'm loving Saxony by David Weekley homes! It's a tremendous location within the community and close to everything (ie: shopping, hospital, Dining, schools, park, golf course, beach....yes...Saxony beach). The architecture and floor plans are sensational. I highly recommend the homes to anyone. Just contact the IndyHomeNow team and we are happy to introduce you to this hidden gem.

Thinking about Building a new home?
Are you thinking about building a new home? Where should you start? How do you know the builders reputation? When you decide on a builder how do you know if you got a good deal?
Here is the answer to all of your questions......get a really good Realtor who knows new construction and who has contacts at each of the builders to insure that you are getting the best price and terms possible. An agent can insure that you are building in an area that will have strong resale, that you select the right options for your home for resale in the future, and if things go wrong in the building process, the Realtor can step in and help you get a better resolution. The best part is that having a Realtor doesn't cost you anything! In fact, often they help you save thousands through negotiations. So if you are considering new construction in the Indianapolis, Carmel, Zionsville, Westfield, Noblesville, Fishers, Avon, Brownsburg, Plainfield or any nearby suburb contact John Long to guide you through the process. It could save you thousands of dollars or many days on the market when you go to resell.
John Long sold, managed, and marketed for new home builders in the Indianapolis Metro area from 2001 to 2009.

Home Building Permits on the Rise!!!
If you are considering purchasing new construction, you might find this information helpful. New home sales permits haven't hit 4,000 since 2008 according to the Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis. 2012 was a much better year for builders. Remember, before you go looking at new homes.......It's always good to have a professional Realtor with experience. The builder representative works for the builder. You need someone working on your side to make sure you get the best value. It's also important to know that you WILL NOT pay more for your home if you have a REALTOR. Often the agent will negotiate a better price and better terms for your family!
