Fishers homes for sale and inventory levels

Fellow agents, like you I'm experiencing the frustration of not being able to locate homes to match my buyers preferences. There really just aren't many homes on the market like there were in the past.  

I have clients that just took their ranch home with basement off the market because they were scared it would sell too quickly and they just lost the only home they wanted in a multiple offer scenario.
