Home Inspection Responses

Home inspections are an important part of the buying and selling process for new and existing homes. It's always a "must" to get a good home inspector. If you are the buyer focus on addressing only the major defects in the home. It's easy to get caught up with the little items, but most items can be corrected very easily. This is usually the least fun part of the process, although it's very important!
